About The Broker

Eddie Gardner is the President, Broker and Senior Loan Officer of Azatlik, Inc. 

His CA DRE License number is 01950355 and his NMLS License number is 305486. 

Eddie was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and grew up both in the Bay Area and in Australia.  Eddie began his working career in the hotel/hospitality field and was trained with a strong focus on customer service.  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas while working in some of the finest casino resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.  

Eddie made the jump from hospitality to the banking industry over 25 years ago and became involved in the mortgage business in 2001. He was a leader in both home equity lines of credit and construction lending while he worked with one of the top loan producers at Washington Mutual. Later, Eddie became involved in property management as well as managing large property development and renovation projects.

Together with a business partner, Eddie opened a mortgage brokerage business in 2017, developed several lender and client relationships and worked with many clients on various types of loans.  Clients were always very appreciative of the service and communication throughout the process that Eddie and his team provided.

Azatlik Inc. was formed in 2022 with the express goal of providing great service and competitive loan products all while working to achieve the financial goals of its clients.

When Eddie is not working, he enjoys to travel internationally and has visited 61 countries on 6 continents so far in his travel career.  He believes visiting new places firsthand is the best way to appreciate different cultures, lifestyles and foods, to get fresh perspectives on life and to create memories that will last a lifetime.
